Yummiest Breakfast Ever

I couldn’t help myself, I had to post right away.  Just ate the yummiest breakfast EVER!

Protein Packed Waffle
  • 2 Waffles (mine were GF today, but Whole Wheat are awesome! –Trader Joe’s baby)
  • Vanilla Greek Yogurt from Chobani
  • Flax Seed (great fiber source)
  • Fruit–any kind of fruit you wish—bananas, strawberries, blueberries
  • Spread it like a sandwich and devour!
